Born and raised in Germany, Miriam is a Lampwork Bead Artist with over ten years’ experience. She learned glassbead-making in Germany, and has been creating her little pieces of art ever since she fell in love with glass.
She recently moved to Ottawa and set up her studio here in Canada to continue with her passion for the art. She mainly works with Venetian Murano glass and likes to use vibrant colours in her unique designs which are inspired by Oriental art.
